|Recommended: YesLovely place. I enjoyed living here, close to everything, shopping and access to 270. The apartment was spacious, beautifully renovated. The staff and not forgetting the maintenance team have all been amazing. Kathy was wonderful from the time I moved in, she made my move as smooth as possible. Thank you Kathy. The property is lucky to have you. It was my pleasure to live here.
|Recommended: YesI love this property — We recently moved to the DMV area and we chose Decoverly because it seemed to be the best fit for our needs. Kathy was such a blessing in helping us get everything taken care of via phone calls and emails. We were anxious upon arrival because we hadn't ever seen the property or apartments in person and we were not disappointed. The community is gorgeous and so welcoming. It is filled with unlimited walking paths and a short distance to Downtown Crown. We are very happy with our decision to choose Decoverly and plan on staying as long as we can.

|Recommended: YesLovely, well designed condo in peaceful location within easy walk of Crown — I had one of the newer 2 bed condos on Skyhill Way and it was well designed with plenty of space, lots of trees and nice landscaping. The staff are really friendly and helpful and maintenance are quick to respond. When I took over the apartment it was very clean and had been well maintained. The kitchen is starting to look at bit tired, especially the dishwasher, but it wouldn't stop me from renting there again. I was very sad to leave.

|Recommended: NoDecent — The community is very nice, its close to the muddy branch shopping center and also Rio shopping center recreational activities. Its also close to Interstate 270.The bedrooms are slightly smaller though. The unit that I lived in had lots of issues mainly with the heating and cooling system and the fridge. Though the maintenance people always tried to fix ,the issues always arose, it looked as if their arms were tied, only the management could approve certain changes. Overall I felt like I overpaid since there were so many issues with the apartment for the 18 months that I stayed there.
|Recommended: YesGood experience for the year I was here. — Location and unit were in good condition. The exterior and grounds could use a slight touch up clean up but everything was a good experience overall. Would recommend.
|Recommended: YesThis is a great place to live. From available parking to pet friendliness. The staff is wonderful. The same energy I give is the same energy I get back. I’ve have a few maintenance needs recently that were quickly addressed. The grounds are filled with beautiful trees and plants. Now remember you are in an apartment. Noise will be an issue at times. If you like soundproofing try a newer build in the newer section. Oh, it’s walkable to so much. It has served me well.

|Recommended: YesGreat value for the area — My wife and I lived at The Villages at Decoverly for 3 years and only left because we purchased our first home. The staff really makes living there feel like a community and are always available to help with any issues you may have. The maintenance staff is wonderful and they usually respond to issues the same next day. There really isn't a better bang-for-your-buck in the area.

|Recommended: YesSeems lovely, pleasant atmosphere, great location, good condition. — As far as the first few days go, it seems like a nice little neighborhood very close to all the city features and attractions.
|Recommended: YesGreat Living — Very quiet community, has great amenities for walking, Jogging and dog lovers. About 10-15 minute walk to Down Town Crown in Gaithersburg MD which is the adjacent city to Rockville MD. Awesome place to visit with family a little oasis around the Corner from your apartment community.
|Recommended: YesVery friendly, well maintained, and nice community — The community has a nice homey feeling to it. The grounds are very nice and well maintained. Its in an amazing location, just a short walk to Crown and Rio. The amenities are definitely one of the biggest pluses.
|Recommended: YesWonderful place to start over. — Moved in two months ago and absolutely love the place. Kathy and the office staff were very helpful during the process and are very responsive. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and responsive. What sold me was the large windows, natural light, and grounds which include a wonderful pond with a walking trail and the ability to walk to the Crown. Trader Joe's, grocery stores, and other shopping all very close, but with all the trees, the area is very quiet. The kitchen floor and appliances could use some upgrading compared to other apartments, but overall good. The only real problem I have is a service fee of 6.95 to pay rent by credit card rather than having to drop off a check. I was also charged a 5.00 move-in fee, plus an administrative charge and convenience charge for a total of 16.45. Most other utilities and platforms would rather accept a credit card and give you a discount for auto-pay rather than having to deal with checks and deposits. This seems petty and not good marketing.
