|Recommended: YesGreat location, theres everything around. — Peaceful, modern, fun.
|Recommended: YesI enjoy my apartment, the community and the amenities — The property is fairly quiet and pet-friendly with plenty of parking. The staff has been friendly and responsive to my needs.
|Recommended: YesVery good, nice, peaceful and comfy apartment and community. — This apartment community is very good, well maintained, clean and prompt maintenance service request resolutions. Main attraction of this community is the well equipped 24 hours Gym. We loved it and my wife is a fan of that. Only reason for us to change is the school as we were not satisfied with the current school. Overall a very good community with nice people and and excellent Property staffs. Really enjoyed staying here for 3 long years. Another best part is apartments and community are surrounded by trees so you wake up seeing the greens everyday. Plenty of flowers during spring which makes the morning best during this time. Literally we were waking up with the nice pink flowers from the bed room window. Really loved this. Only part I could think it would have been much better is the sound insulation part mainly from floor above compared to other apartments I have stayed. But again we do not have any bad experience on this as such as we are used to the apartment cultures. Thanks for all the support during our stay.
|Recommended: Yes15307 Gable Ridge CT APT N — In Winter since we are on the ground floor heating is always an issue.
|Recommended: YesDecent place to live at — This place does the job and is quite spacious. It's very close to my work location which makes my commute really easy. The main downside is that our ac unit is not working correctly even though maintenance has stated that they came and fixed it multiple times. Other than that, the walls are kind of thin, so I am able to hear my roommates and the upstairs neighbors, especially when they have the tv on too loud. The property staff has been really helpful and have been able to answer any and all questions that I have had.
|Recommended: YesClean and quiet — So far, the leasing process has been easy, and I haven't heard the neighbors AT ALL. The billing setup for the gas electric stuff was a little annoying, but do-able.
|Recommended: YesConvenient, clean, and a fine place to live — Pros Fantastic location, walking distance to Downtown Crown and Rio Washingtonian Well-landscaped grounds, Clean fitness center, tennis courts, and pool Management is attentive to resident needs, maintenance is responsive to work orders Affordable rent and pet-friendly Cons Not close to MARC or Metro, only 1 bus line Aging buildings require frequent maintenance Buildings vibrate when residents shut doors, use stairs, etc. Aggressive towing policy No mixed recycling
|Recommended: YesBest Value in Crown Rio — Been living here five plus years, the grounds are well taken care of, the apartments are older but solidly built and I do not hear other people's noise. Place has a number of families as well as students from local colleges. Parking is reasonable, if you come back late, you have to park in the back of the lot, but at least there is space available. Staff is willing to work with you and maintenance is very timely. The interiors are dated since the complex was built in the 1990's, but if you are looking for the best bang for your buck, this is the place to be.
|Recommended: YesGreat community — Safe place, nice neighborhood Leasing office very helpful, specially the manager Carol
|Recommended: YesMy Very Last Home Unless I Hit the Lottery 0 — I am 60 years young, and have lived in the Village for 4 years. This is the most wonderful community that I have ever lived in, in my entire life. The property management staff, TRULY care about their tenants, and try to do their best for them every opportunity they can. I have lived in 2 different units, and the apartments are SPACTACULAR I promise you that will find something that will work for you. Nothing beats a failure but a try, so don't be afraid to apply. You might be surprised at some of the magic that Carol, Marie, Kathy can work. Love these ladies to the moon and back Hope to be here for the rest of my life. Me and my 2 cats love it here. Move to Decoverly, and find PEACE
|Recommended: YesGreat experience — I had a very positive experience living at The Villages at Decoverly for 4 years. The apartments were in good condition and the maintenance team was responsive. Parking was never an issue. I felt comfortable living there and was proud to call Decoverly home.
|Recommended: YesGreat location and staff... — I spent two years as a resident at the Decoverly apartments and would still be there if not for my job. The office staff was awesome, and the grounds always clean. I did not have that many issues with my apartment, but the few times I had to call maintenance the response was always immediate. Great place to live and I recommend it to anyone.
|Recommended: YesTenants hanging and drying clothes on their balconies — Could management ask tenants to stop this practice This takes away from the appearance of the property. It is not aesthetically pleasing at all.
|Recommended: YesLove the property I have been here over 9 years. — The staff is awesome
