|Recommended: YesPleasant Property, Courteous Staff — After 1 year of living at Decoverly, I find the property to be very comfortable and the residents and staff very welcoming. I love the short walking distance to Downtown Crown. The woods out back are full of small wildlife - deer, frogs, raccoons, even a Blue Heron that perches on the fence. Love it

|Recommended: YesThis is a perfect apartment with wonderful, professional management — This is honestly the best apartment I have ever rented. It has been quiet and peaceful, with a view of the pond and a view of all the lovely trees. The neighbors are respectful of each other. The apartment is clean and beautiful, well designed with a fireplace. The maintenance people are very prompt and efficient. Kathy, the Residential Sales Manager, is truly an advocate for the residents. She is a patient, kind, and extremely informative manager. She spends time talking with you, ensuring you rent the right apartment for YOU Carol, the Regional Manager, is also understanding and a knowledgeable professional. I love living here.

|Recommended: YesSo Far so good — We moved here in February and overall we love the place. The maintenance people are always very fast to respond to the problems and Kathy was patient with us and made the whole process of leasing very simple and was always there when we needed anything. The only issue we have with the place is the neighbors. The upstairs neighbors are so loud, this usually happens early in the morning at around 3 4am. Then there is one who always throws her cigarette buds off her patio and they land on our patio. She has been asked to clean it up but has yet to do so.

|Recommended: YesOutstanding — Living here at the Villages at Decoverly so far is pretty great. There is plenty of natural light in the apartments. the layout is comfortable and the rooms are spacious.
|Recommended: YesI stayed here fr 3 years — Overall it was a great experience. My apartment was 10 min walk from all the essentials. I enjoyed the winter and the summer. Maintenance was top-notch with timely help and a really great leasing office staff

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live and raise a family — It's a wonderful corner of the world. The property is exceptionally clean and the staff is very courteous. The neighbors are very friendly towards one another and a great place to have pets. The amenities offered are great and the lake behind the property is a small oasis year around. Plenty of places to walk and exercise, as well as a perfect location for highway access, restaurants and grocery stores. And yes, I am an actual tenant here of a little over a year and for the first time in many years, it's actually my pleasure to leave a great review. We've had some very unpleasant rental encounters in the last several years in the Rockville area, so this place is truly awesome
|Recommended: YesNice place, — It is a nice place to live. Being an apartment, I do expect to hear noise from neighbors. Those above you tend to be the most noticeable as some people are cognizant of their noise while others are not. That can also be said about every other aspect of living in an apartment complex. The area is generally nice and quiet, close to the Crown , the Rio and other needed shopping needs many within walking distance . with little to no issues. The office and maintenance staff are top notch. My only complaint is that the a number of the delivery services don't always deliver to the right address and here there are some issues from time to time with renters not picking up after their pets even though bags etc. are provided.
