Matinence is quick to fix a problem and are always very fast and professional. I rarely need to call the back or call them at all.
|Recommended: YesNot perfect, but overall pretty decent — The walls are a little thin in the East village, especially in the bed room where I can hear outside noise very well at night compared to my living room. I've had 2 different neighbors above me - one was moderate sized couple whose foot steps and dogs movement could be felt through the entire unit. The other one I can barely hear them at all. Grounds are kept fairly clean, although I wish there weren't cigarette buds everywhere in front of the stairs. The AC units are pretty bad during the summer, and some of the floors walls kitchen panels are old, with paint splattered on wood sometimes when they did repainting before I moved in. Overall though it's been a good experience with some hiccups along the way.
