|Recommended: YesIt is a pleasure living here — As a military member, I've moved around a lot over the last eight years following PCS orders and Decoverly is honestly the best complex I've lived in thus far. I am continually impressed with the professionalism and customer service from the staff and maintenance crew, they are steadfast in their communication with residents and the maintenance crew is outstanding in their upkeep of the residential areas and their foul weather preparation.
In COVID social isolation, they have also made great efforts to give the residents a sense of community while maintaining the responsibility of social distancing to include a balcony Christmas light competition that was wonderful to see.
The only thing that I would criticize is my apartment does get a little cold with the heater continuously running, but it isn't overly uncomfortable by any means.
Overall, I would highly recommend Decoverly and wish I could live here longer than my orders allow

|Recommended: YesGlad I moved here — I'm new to the community and like it so far. The front office is friendly and responsive. There is plenty of parking. The apartments are older but in good repair. This is my first experience living in an apartment building and it's been positive.

|Recommended: YesNice Property for the Area — The main complaint I would have is the Noise from other apartments. Living on the ground floor, my neighbor upstairs sounds like she throwing a party every night for the past year with either her moving around or her dog. Other than than parking is adequate, even coming home late from work. The grounds are clean and well maintained and has outdoor commodities than you can use year round.

|Recommended: YesNice staff, love my unit — My only complaint is that sometimes the neighbors play very loud, thumping music late at night. Otherwise, I really love this apartment. It gets a lot of natural light, and for the square footage, the rent is a great deal for the area. The staff is always friendly and I love that it's a very dog-friendly community.
|Recommended: YesWe love living here — You can't beat the location or the amount of space you get for a reasonable price. We love our apartment layout, the in-unit washer dryer, and that we are only a 10 minute walk from Downtown Crown. We can't recommend this place enough

|Recommended: YesHidden Treasure — Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, retail shops, grocery, health wellness, and banking needs but not too close to attract any unwanted attention. Additionally, extremely close to a hospital, doctors offices, and other emergency services. The maintenance and property staff are very friendly and provide surprisingly fast response times to emails.
