|Recommended: YesGreat for its pricepoint — I have the 1 Bedroom Ash layout, no loft. Living room's really spacious, kitchen is decent. I can't say much about storage space since I don't have much to begin with.
Location's close to most places. It's only around a 10-15 minute walk to Downtown Crown.
Had to do some self-repair adjustments one side higher than the other to the close sliding doors on my closet and main patio, but that wasn't much of a hassle. Some sticky doors due to either misalignment or excess paint, but maintenance came pretty quickly to resolve this.
Floors and walls are average. I hear stomping and door knocking and the showers all the time kids upstairs , but not all the footsteps like my other apartment. In my case, everyone's mostly respectful at night, which is when it matters the most.
As of August 2020, internet's sadly limited to Xfinity, which is probably one of the most inconsistent services out there. I really want them to have Verizon Fios, but they don't have dedicated lines here from what limited research I did, this means that the bandwidth is shared by everyone, making for horribad internet speeds.
Summary
You get a decent amount of space for the price, it's within walking distance to food and groceries and the Rio area if you're willing , and I haven't had trouble with neighbors blasting music outside so far. Despite not being perfect, I'd still recommend this place to most people.

|Recommended: YesQuiet Living — I really enjoy living in this community, I have lived in quite a few places in the area and by far this is one of the best. Maintenance is very on top of everything when it comes to work orders, I have never had to wait over 12 hours for them to come out and fix even the smallest problems. I absolutely love the pond area I get to see on my balcony, the community even though I haven't been here for long everyone seems to be very quiet and respectful of each other. I can honestly say I really enjoy coming home.

|Recommended: YesGreat space and wonderful View — We have been living here for 2 weeks now and its pretty great. We are lucky to have limited neighbors and a great view from the bottom floor.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful and peaceful area, but ceiling and floors are thin — Units are spacious and well maintained. However, if your neighbors above are loud or walk heavy, you'e bound to hear them throughout the day. All landscaping is beautiful, and the maintenance staff are all efficient. Only other set back is lack of parking and how much the trash piles up but that's more at fault of the residents. Wish there was a way for the leasing office to hold residents more accountable of that.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I lived here for two years with roommates and two years with my boyfriend. When I switched apartments to live with my boyfriend, it was extremely easy to transfer my name and lease. Parking for guests was a little confusing at first, but once I understood the process it was no big deal to have guests over. Just make sure you know how to register their car. Maintenance staff were always respectful, helpful, and quick. The gym and pool were amazing to have and I utilized the gym almost everyday. All office staff are quick to respond and very friendly. Maria was especially helpful throughout the almost four years I lived here. She was able to solve any problems or answer any questions with professionalism and efficiency. The location is absolutely amazing. It is a quick walk maybe 5 min to Downtown Crown. There are sidewalks everywhere to walk or run. I would stay here longer if it weren't for buying a house. I am really going to miss the area and apartment. 100 recommend renting here
|Recommended: YesIn general it's a good complex — The staff are nice, the location is good, and the construction quality is OK - only a little bit old. The only issue I could see here is the sound isolation is not very good. In general, it's worth recommendations.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, convenient, and comfortable place to live — Very convenient location , 24 7 gym, pool, and dog park. We enjoy the quiet community and sitting on our balcony. We were very appreciative of that fact that when we moved in their had been new carpet laid down and the walls were all painted nicely.

The management staff are great The maintenance staff are very quick to fix anything, which I have had very minimal since I have lived here. I feel safe, and appreciate being able to live in a dog friendly environment. Looking forward to another great year Thank you for making Decoverly such a nice place to live.
I only wish the parking situation was better. I wish at least one person from each unit had a parking space in front of their own building. I'm a nurse and leave very early in the morning, and get home later in the evening, and often times I have to walk far to my car or apartment. Visitors shouldn't be able to park in front of the buildings, it should be reserved for the renters.

My only complaint is that the exercise equipment is not maintained very well. Other than that I love living at decoverly.
