|Recommended: YesLived Here for 3 Years, Very Satsified — I lived here for exactly 3 years in the same unit and I was overall very pleased with my experience. The management office staff are VERY friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Maintenance arrives quickly after every inquiry and leaves details of their work to the resident. The office has ample hours for help, and the online portal makes it easy to see community news or submit rent. I do believe the rent price parking availability could be improved, but the access to 270 Downtown Crown local professional areas is perfect and adds value to the experience. The area is very quiet peaceful for residents, and when I had one incident of neighbor noise from a dog, management was very considerate of my concerns and dealt with it immediately. Would recommend to anyone looking for a neighborhood near Shady Grove businesses, Rockville Bethesda.

Very quiet and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. New units have great light with lots of windows. Great for couples and professionals.

I moved here from Minnesota where I was in my dream apartment, so I was a bit nervous to find a new home across the country, but Villages at Decoverly has definitely lived up to my expectations Special thanks to Sean who was so helpful with getting us all set up

|Recommended: YesEverything is fantastic — I love that I don't hear my neighbors above me or next to me. I know there are several infants in my building and I never hear crying. The view from my balcony is beautiful, the layouts are spacious, and the grounds are clean. The ONLY thing that I notice sometimes is that my room will get warm even with the thermostate temp down. However, I have a ceiling fan and floor fan so the problem is easily resolved. Everyone in the leasing office is so friendly too. It's a great area and walking distance to Downtown Crown. I highly reccomend living here.

Property is located in a residential neighborhood within a few minute drive or walk to Harris Teeter's and the shops and restaurants in Downtown Crown.

Management cares about the community and do their best to provide all the service to the residents as well as all necessary information you need to know. They are always willing to answer your questions, very nice and polite. Any maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner, quick respond to your needs. I love this place.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community, especially the Staff — I absolutely love living at this location. I do not go out so the Down Town Crown isn't a necessity for me, but the location for me getting to work is great. The Maintenance Staff is beyond amazing With the weekend emergency line, professionalism, and very friendly. They recognize the residents by name and always ask how everything is going with work orders they have finished and an overall making sure everything is perfect.
The Main Building Staff, who I personally know and speak with, Sean, Carol, and Maria are wonderful with any questions concerns and go above and beyond. Thank You
One of the three downsides is 1. I hear a lot of the family about opening and closing their balcony door and foot patterns, not too concerned I'm sure it is thin walls floors. Not a main concern and it is very very light noise.
2. The parking seems to be getting worse and worse is one is not a 9-5 job. my work hours are about home anytime 8-11 and I have to make several loops around each circle by 9805 to find any spot. I've been parking several blocks buildings away. several times on the drive way towards the trash. I don't mind the walk at all but more concerned that it is Non-Residents because I have noticed a lot of different vehicles every evening.
3. The Rent is a bit high for the one bed room size. I do not believe I asked or mentioned if there is any financial assistance
Overall I absolutely love The Villages at Decoverly and thank you everyone for all the hard work to make this Apartment Community a great place to live.
