|Recommended: YesI love where I live — I love my apartment. The rooms are a great size, as well as the closet space It is in a great location, and it is so easy to get to 270, 200, etc. There is a lot to do walking distance, and I love the amount of nature that surrounds the apartment area. I live on the 2nd floor, and can very often hear the people above me. But that is my only complaint

The maintenance staff is very quick and the area is safe. I did not spend a lot of time at home on the weekdays or weekends really, but the apartment was nice while I was there. I never had any issues with the office staff.

I have quality neighbors, and management and maintenance I can count on, all within 2 miles of work, recreation, and services I frequently use. Perfect for where I am in life right now

|Recommended: YesSo So — You're paying for location. West Village units need extreme updating. Compared to the nearby properties, Camden Shady Grove, Hanover, Mallory Square and Upper Rock, the difference is minimal. You need to seriously consider paying a hundred dollars or two and getting a much more upscale unit with all the bells and whistles.

|Recommended: YesHappy with the decision to move here — I would say, it's a pretty peaceful and well maintained environment. The staff are really supportive and they are very friendly to solve any sort of issues.
|Recommended: YesClean and reasonably priced in a convenient area — The area is very convenient for shopping and highway access but is just far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. The units and neighbors are fairly quiet. Though you will hear people using the stairs and you will hear your neighbors kitchen drawers sliding in and out. Low frequencies carry but I've never heard my neighbors talking. Things are usually very quiet at night.
The Azalea unit has a small issue with air flow in the summer. The kitchen bedroom areas get all the cold air but the living room and loft barely get anything. I used a fan in the dining nook to circulate air to the living room which helped immensely.
Overall it was a good experience and I'm only moving away to get closer to work.
